IIM Ranchi successfully concluded its five-day Management Development Programme (MDP) for the Principals and Vice-Principals of PM SHRI Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Patna Region. The valedictory ceremony, held on the final day, was an emotional and reflective occasion, celebrating the completion of a programme designed to foster leadership excellence in the education sector.

The event began with a recap of the programme’s key elements, which included the latest management practices aimed at helping educational leaders address contemporary challenges and drive holistic development in schools. Prof. Santosh Kumar Prusty, programme director praised the participants for their active engagement and enthusiasm throughout the sessions, emphasizing the programme's focus on practical application.
