The Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya in association with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India officially commenced a five-day international executive programme titled “Leadership and Management Skills in BANI Era.” Organised under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) initiative of the Ministry of External Affairs, the programme is being conducted for a high-profile delegation from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA), Vietnam.
The inaugural ceremony was presided over by Dr. Vinita S. Sahay, Director of IIM Bodh Gaya. Welcoming the 18 Vietnamese delegates led by His Excellency Prof. Hoàng Phúc Lâm, Prof. Teena Bharti, programme director, emphasised the unique positioning of the institute and the curriculum specifically designed to address the challenges of the BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, and Incomprehensible) era. In a world where markets change overnight and technologies disrupt entire industries, this robust programme shifts the focus from mere "control" to clarity in chaos.
Key highlights of the 5-day journey include:
Core Leadership: Insights into mission-driven values and personal effectiveness.

This collaboration reinforced the deep-rooted ties between India and Vietnam.
