Silent Pharm Rally on the occasion of National Pharmacy Week by MGM College of Pharmacy

On the occasion of National Pharmacy Week, MGM College of Pharmacy, Patna, in collaboration with the Indian Pharmaceutical Association Student Forum (IPA-SF), Bihar State Branch, organized a Silent Pharma Rally today to promote health awareness in the local community.
The rally saw active participation from the students of MGM College, under the guidance of Principal Dr. Archana, along with faculty members. The students marched through the nearby village, carrying banners and placards, silently spreading awareness about vital health issues such as female health and hygiene, dengue prevention, and the significant role of pharmacists in healthcare.
In addition to these key health topics, the rally addressed several other social issues, educating the villagers on preventive health practices and the importance of maintaining proper hygiene. The students emphasized how pharmacists contribute to public health through their expertise in medication management, disease prevention, and health education.
The event was supported by esteemed dignitaries from the Indian Pharmaceutical Association, including Shri Ravindralal Bandyopadhyay, Honourable Secretary of IPA Bihar Branch, and Shri Satish Shankar Pathak, along with other active members of the IPA-SF Bihar Branch. Their encouragement and guidance were instrumental in the success of this initiative.
This Silent Pharma Rally not only marked a significant event during National Pharmacy Week but also showcased the ongoing commitment of MGM College of Pharmacy to community welfare and the role pharmacists play in improving public health.
