Even after the end of enrollment from the fourth list, more than 35 thousand seats are still vacant in various colleges. Colleges should be given an exemption for enrollment on these seats or enrollment should be done by making merit list only. The policy will be decided on this. The Vice-Chancellor is currently out of the headquarters. It will be discussed after late at night or Tuesday. Meanwhile, two new colleges have got recognition in the last round of nominations.

Along with uploading the names of both on the portal for enrollment in these colleges, a decision can also be taken to take applications. Actually, even after the release of four merit lists, the seats are vacant. At the same time, 37 thousand students have also not been able to enroll. UMIS coordinator Dr. TK Dey said, now most of the same students are left, who have less marks in Inter and are willing to do graduation honors in subjects like History, Political Science, Mane Vigyan, Hindi. But, due to filling of seats in these subjects in major colleges, their enrollment could not be done.

Due to lack of online verification, 4404 students of the successful state in the National Income cum Merit Scholarship Examination 2022-23 faced a scholarship crisis. The verification process was not completed due to the negligence of HM. Regarding this, the department issued instructions to all the DPOs and directed them to verify by December 3 in any case. There are 102 successful participants from Muzaffarpur. At the same time, the verification of 2738 candidates in the application given for renewal has stopped at the institute and district level.
