Students of backward-very backward classes of rural background will no longer lag behind anyone in terms of studies. Bihar government will provide them better study material. For this, Mathematics-Science and Literature-Sociology clubs will be formed. The Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes Welfare Department has decided to form Mathematics and Science Clubs as well as Literature and Sociology Clubs in all Jannayak Karpuri Thakur Hostels, Other Backward Classes Welfare Hostels and Other Backward Classes Girls Residential Plus Two High Schools in the state.

Jannayak Library and Digital Study Center has already been established here. In this, digital studies have been arranged for competitive exams. Along with this, libraries have also been established. Department Principal Secretary Pankaj Kumar has sent a letter to all District Backward and Extremely Backward Classes Welfare Officers informing them about the government's decision and has entrusted them with the responsibility of its implementation.

Generally, it has been seen that due to unavailability of resources, there is less interest in mathematics and science among students belonging to backward classes and extremely backward classes in rural areas. In such a situation, they find this subject difficult. Therefore, math and science There is a need to encourage the children of these classes from the very beginning to participate in a large area, especially the children of the most backward classes.
