A week ago, the education department conducted workshops in the complexes and directed the headmasters and senior teachers, including the cooks, to be careful, monitor, and be present while cooking and serving food. The aim was that the children get clean food so that incident like children falling ill after eating in the two schools does not happen again. Its effect is also visible in schools. At least the senior teachers are present while the food is being served to the children. But there is still no attention on the cleanliness of food, the cleanliness of children.

Food is not provided as per the menu and the headmaster signs the receipt list without complaint. On Monday, the menu had green vegetables along with rice, and pulses, but only potatoes were visible in the vegetables given by the NGO Child Development and Environment Protection Institute. The NGO argued that the temperature of the vegetable cooking boiler is so high that the vegetables get burnt. On Monday's menu, there was a vegetable of cabbage and greens along with potatoes. Cabbage and greens, both were burnt.

A similar vegetable was also served at Meerachak Middle School. But instead of objecting to this, Principal Anju Bala signed the receipt on the delivery chart of the NGO. However, the ward member's son Rohit Kumar objected to this and asked to stop the NGO's vehicle. But the vehicle was left to deliver food to other schools as well.

A teacher of a school located in Rajdipur said that the place where the children are to be fed and the hands of the children are not cleaned regularly. The menu is hardly available according to the fixed day.
