The online application process for admission to 28 Post Graduate (PG) for the academic session 2025-26 has been started by the Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) through CUET-PG-2025 conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). CUSB Vice-Chancellor Prof. Kameshwar Nath Singh while expressing happiness over the commencement of application process informed that the University has increased the intake of LLM (one-year) programme to 50 seats from earlier 38 seats. The Vice-Chancellor said that the intake has been increased on the basis of high demand of LLM programme in recent years due to good ranking and adequate infrastructure of the University. Public Relation Officer (PRO) Mohammad Mudassir Alam said that the Controller of Examinations (CoE) Dr. Santigopal Pain has issued a notice in this regard on the university's website www.cusb.ac.in. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply online through https://cuetpg.ntaonline.in/ on or before February 01, 2025.

Providing details, the Controller of Examinations Dr. Santigopal Pain said that the University has invited applications for admission to 28 (twenty eight) Postgraduate programmes. Seat (intake) wise breakup of the programmes are as such, M.Sc. Biotechnology (35), M.Sc. Bioinformatics (45), M.Sc. Environmental Science (45), M.Sc. Life Science (45),  M.Sc. Geology (45),  M.A./M.Sc. Geography (45), LLM  (50),  MA / M.Sc. Mathematics (45), M.Sc. Statistics (45), Master in Data Science & Applied Statistics (45), M.Sc. Computer Science (45), M.Sc. Artificial Intelligence (45), M.Sc. Physics (45), M.Sc. Chemistry (45), M. Pharma (Pharmaceutics - 15),  M. Pharma (Pharmacology -15), M.Com. (45), M.A. Journalism & Mass Communication (45), M.A./M.Sc. Psychology (45),  MA Sociology (45), MSW (45), MA Economics (45), MA Political Science & International Relations (45), MA History (45), MA English (45), MA Hindi (45),  M.Ed. (63) and MP Ed (40).

Mr. Kumar Kaushal, Deputy Registrar, Academics and Examination said that the candidates seeking admission at CUSB are required to register themselves through  https://cuetpg.ntaonline.in/ portal. The Application Fee (for upto two test papers) in the centres across India is Rs. 1400/- for General, Rs. 1200/- for OBC-NCL/Gen-EWS /-, Rs. 1100/- for SC / ST / Third Gender and Rs. 1000/- for PwBD. Fees for additional Test Paper (per test paper) is Rs. 700/- for General and Rs. 600/- for other categories. For test centres outside India the application free for upto two papers is Rs. 7000/- and Rs. 3500/- for additional paper, said Mr. Kaushal.

The last date for online submission of application form through the website is till February 01, 2025 (upto 11:50 P.M.). Last date of successful transaction of Examination fee is till February 02, 2025 (upto 11:50 P.M.). Correction in Particulars of Application Form on the website during February 03 to 05, 2025. The Online (CBT) Exam of 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes) will be conducted between 13 March 2025 to 31 March 2025 across the country and centres abroad as designated by the NTA.
