The participating cultural team of BRA Bihar University has left an indelible mark at the 37th Inter-University National Youth Festival 2023-24 under the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), currently underway at PAU, Ludhiana. Competing in four categories, the team secured awards in all four, showcasing exceptional talent and dedication.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dinesh Chandra Rai lauded the team for their outstanding performance, attributing their success to hard work and talent. He emphasized the university's commitment to promoting cultural diversity and artistic expression, alongside academic excellence.
Expressing his delight, Prof. Rai highlighted the university's focus on fostering cultural and sports activities, aiming to provide an environment conducive to holistic development and societal welfare. He underscored the importance of cultural exchange programs in nurturing students' interests beyond academics.
Cultural Coordinator Prof. Indudhar Jha, accompanying the team, revealed their achievements in tabla playing, poster making, cartooning, and installation. With over 2500 students and 400 officials from 109 universities participating, the Youth Festival serves as a platform for showcasing diverse talents.
Registrar Prof. Sanjay Kumar, along with Prof. Rajiv Jha, Prof. Abhay Kumar Singh, Prof. BS Rai, Prof. Kalyan Kumar Jha, Dr. Navin Kumar, and others, extended heartfelt congratulations to the cultural team for their remarkable success.
