BHU 102nd convocation held at Swatantrata Bhawan, over 37000 degrees awarded

Banaras Hindu University, BHU held its 102nd convocation today, December 10, 2022 from 1 pm onwards. The event was streamed online via their YouTube channel today.Nikesh Arora, who is the founder of Palo Alto Networks was invited as the Chief Guest to the convocation.“Today for the 102nd convocation ceremony of BHU, Ma. All the faculty heads, all the directors, the exam controller, and the registrar rehearsed with the Vice-Chancellor. The convocation ceremony will be held on December 10, 2022 from 10 am at Swatantrata Bhavan. #BHUConvocation2022” tweeted BHU from its official handle.
Nikesh Arora at the event said that a degree from Banaras Hindu University will open doors for you including some you never knew existed.

The Banaras Hindu University, BHU sent its heartiest congratulations to all the students who got degrees in the 102nd convocation. BHU awarded around 37, 000 degree to students from the batch of the academic year 2020, 2021 and 2022 as the university held its convocation after a gap of nearly three years due to the covid-19 pandemic.
As per reports, the BHU will be giving degrees to 11,750 candidates of the 2020 batch; 12,032 candidates from 2021 academic year and 12,050 students from year 2022. The convocation was held after a huge gap and was successfully conducted. The university shared a few snippets from its convocation which is shared above.
